The Midas Story
Midas does more brakes work than anyone else in the world; therefore their approval of the ALL TOOL 777 and addition of it to their program is significant. In 1996, Midas not only approved the ALL TOOL 777, they called it "The Lathe of Choice" of their technicians. In the 2 year evaluation, Midas found that "the 777 consistently gives an exceptional microfinish to both drums and rotors that, (Midas has concluded) is the ideal final finish.
Midas found that the heavy mass of the ALL TOOL 777 keeps down vibration.
The Midas evaluation center is also an active retail shop which cuts 60 to 70 drums and rotors a day. When faced with the happy choice of lathes from all the major lathe manufacturers, the ALL TOOL 777 was the only machine used because of the speed and quality of finish.
