Shipping Damage Claims:
Claims for damaged packages MUST be noted with the delivery driver for the carrier.
It is your responsibilty to file a loss claim with the carrier.
Hidden shortages must be disclosed to autoESS.com (1-800-749-5990) within 5 days.
Return Policy:
No returns on electrical parts.
All returns must be authorized by Autoess.com and within 30 days of shipment. Packaging must be clean original condition. Returns on stock items are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (Unless the part is defective or an error by Autoess.com.)
