All in stock orders are shipped the same day.(If received by 2pm Central Time)
Lost Shipments: USPS does not allow for a "Lost Claim" until 10 days after the shipment.
Shipping Damage Claims: Claims for damaged packages MUST be noted with the delivery driver for the carrier. It is your responsibilty to file a loss claim with the carrier.
Hidden shortages must be disclosed to AutoESS.com (972-948-3923) within 3 days.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (Unless the part is defective or an error by AutoESS.com.)
Packaging must be clean original condition, not having been installed.
Returns on stock items are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Special Orders may be subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.
